• Water Extraction – We have special equipment to extract water from flooded rooms and basements. Our Technicians have over 10 years experience in Water Extraction and Flood Damage control. We offer Emergency Service and will provide our Water Removal service day or night! We also recommend the use of our Fast Drying service to prevent the growth of mold. • Flood & Water Cleanup – PowerBees will repair damage from floods or leaking in your office or home. Our licensed contractors and technicians can quickly restore your office or home back to its original state and make it safer while at the same time, protecting it from future disasters. Mold removal and bacteria treatments are an integral part of this service. Typically, flood damage repair requires two visits: One to extract the water and install special equipment to dry out the area. The return visit – often times the next day – requires disinfection and decontamination.
  
• Water Extractors – PowerBees has a variety of commercial water extractors to remove water from your flooded living space: Our General Purpose Pumps are capable of pumping out 275 gallons per minute. Our Centrifugal Dewatering Pumps are capable of pumping out up to 159 gallons per minute. These are heavyduty pumps made out of cast iron. PowerBees will help you eliminate water quickly, treat with an antimicrobial and assist with the dry out to prevent mold.
  
• Dehumidifiers - PowerBees uses special equipment to dehumidify your office or home. We also will install permanent dehumidifying equipment that can become part of your new or existing HVAC solution. Most often, our Dehumidifying services are required after flood and water disasters. Preventing and removing mold is critical for avoiding health issues, so it is important to not wait too long before utilizing our services. PowerBees will leave special drying and water extraction equipment at your site to remove water and humidity. • Fast Carpet Drying – PowerBees uses special equipment and floor fans to dry carpets and area rugs. We will decontaminate if required to prevent and remove mold. Please refer to our Mold Removal services.
• Insurance Billing – Let PowerBees work directly with your insurance company to ensure that they cover your damage properly. Once you authorize PowerBees to work with your adjuster, you're only responsible for the deductible. PowerBees will help you to review your policy to determine what is covered for Mold Removal and Water Damage.
• Generators – We have generators available in the event you've lost electricity. When electricity is lost during major storms, it is important to prevent pipes from freezing. Broken pipes lead to significant Water Damage and Mold.
• Restoration Services – We have the resources to restore your damaged interior to the state it was prior to the disaster after Mold Remediation or Water Damage repair is completed. We are fully licensed and insured for Home Improvements and Restoration projects. Our contractors and carpenters are highly skilled and provide first-rate customer service. • Fire, Smoke & Water Damage – We use special equipment to scrub and decontaminate walls with industrial strength cleansers that are environmentally friendly. We will replace carpets, walls, windows and fixtures if needed using licensed PowerBees contractors and technicians. After the floors are cleaned, we will utilize a fire sealant to eliminate odors.
• Pet Odor Removal and Stench elimination – We use environmentally friendly chemicals to eliminate pet stains, decontaminate and remove pet odors. Specifically, PowerBees use a special enzyme based formula to eliminate the vile odors produced by urine, skunk sprays, smoke damage and other biological and non-biological entities.
• Stain Removal – PowerBees use a variety of environmentally friendly chemicals to remove stains. Mostly, we employ the use of a natural enzyme based soil lifter to break down tough stain and confine the source for easy removal. • May be dried in place if there is no obvious swelling and the seams are intact. If not, remove, discard, and replace
• Ventilate the wall cavity, if possible

Windows and Drapes

• Follow laundering or cleaning instructions recommended by the manufacturer

Wood Surfaces

• Remove moisture immediately and use dehumidifiers, gentle heat, and fans for drying (Use caution when applying heat to hardwood floors)
• Treated or finished wood surfaces may be cleaned with mild detergent and clean water and allowed to dry
• Wet paneling should be pried away from wall for drying
