AIR DUCT CLEANING IN MASSACHUSETTS

PowerBees air duct cleaning technicians utilize Rotobrush® technology. Rotobrush® sytstems are have extremely powerful suction and portable, with a variety of different size hoses and brush heads to service virtually any size and type of air ducts. The Rotobrush® will clean all ductwork, from sheet metal to flexible duct. 

When cleaning the HVAC ductwork, our technicians will remove the air duct registers in ceilings, walls and floors to insert the Rotobrush head into each opening. The Rotobrush® equipment agitates contaminants and allows their easy extraction using its powerful built-in HEPA Vacuum. The process is then repeated in the main HVAC trunks. PowerBees might also provide an antimicrobial treatment when there is concern about allergies, asthma or microbial contamination such as mold. 

An antimicrobial, mostly botanicals, are fogged into the system, killing any harmful bacteria and fungi that may be present. This service is particularly common in hospitals and medical facilities.  If there is active mold within the ductwork, it may be necessary to use a more powerfull antimicroial.  Ask our staff about what is best for your situation.

PowerBees now offers Air Duct Video Inspection using the Roto-Vison® system. As a separate service, our technicians insert a small camera through the Air Ducts before and after Air Duct Cleaning while displaying live video on an adjustable color 10” LCD screen. PowerBees recommends the quarterly replacement of air filters to maintain proper flow of air through your HVAC system.  Changing filters will ensure clean disbursement and return of air. Dirty air filters reduce airflow and increase energy costs by making the motor in the HVAC system work harder to disbuse air through the ductwork.  PowerBees will replace the filters when our customers have them on hand.  PowerBees also recommends whole house air cleaners and can suggest an HVAC company in your area to install those systems.
